Returns and Exchanges

RETURN POLICY

Within 14 Days of receipt of your order (Exclude shipping and handling). You may return any item in its original condition.The item cannot be disassembled or damaged by incorrect installation. We are not responsible for installation errors. Special-order products are not returnable. Returns without original packaging are not subject for return, there are no exceptions. Items that are opened, used, damaged and/or not in resaleable condition may not be eligible for a refund/exchange.

Returns will not be accepted for any of the following reasons:

1) Manufacturers original packaging is missing, incomplete, damaged or defaced
2) Missing or damaged: accessories, warranty cards, manuals, etc
3) Product is not in acceptable condition for resale (scratched, damage, etc.)
4) Electrical parts are not returnable if plugged in or unsealed for any reason

We do not accept returns on Towers & Masts, Additional shipping and handling charges applies, Contact us for details. Deposits are non-refundable on Towers And Cancelled orders are subject to restocking charge.

ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE MUST BE NOTED BY THE RECEIVER ON THE DELIVERY COPY
THE WAYBILL. OTHERWISE CONSIGNEE'S SIGNATURE WILL CONSTITUTE A CLEAR
RECEIPT.

All parts are covered by their respective Manufacturer Warranty. Manufacturer warranties vary and are included with your product. Please review any manufacturer warranty carefully for additional information.We (the seller) are not responsible for any labor costs which occur as the result of incorrect installation or defective parts.

All Returns require Return Authorization No. (RMA No.) Which you may obtain by contacting Customer Service at Suntowers.ca. This is only source of Return Authorization. Please note that RMA no. does not gurrantee Final dispostion, All returns are subject to inspection. Any returns or exchange without RMA no. can not be processed.
